1. About Mohideen Supermarket Online

Mohideen Supermarket Online is operated by Mohideen Supermarket LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide online grocery shopping services, including fresh produce, groceries, household essentials, personal care items, baby care products, meat, seafood, bakery products, beverages, frozen foods, offers, and other supermarket products.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the app or website on behalf of another person, family, company, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account using your mobile number, name, email address, delivery address, or other required details.

You agree to:

● Provide accurate and complete information.

● Keep your account details up to date.

● Maintain the confidentiality of your login details or OTP-based access.

● Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

Mohideen Supermarket Online reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts that are suspected of misuse, fraud, false information, or violation of these Terms.

4. Products and Availability

Products displayed on the app or website are subject to availability. While we try our best to keep product information, images, prices, offers, and stock availability updated, there may be cases where:

● A product becomes unavailable after order placement.

● A replacement may be suggested.

● Product packaging, size, weight, origin, or appearance may vary.

● Fresh items may vary slightly in weight, shape, color, or final price.

For fresh meat, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and weighed products, the final billed amount may vary depending on actual weight, packing, cutting, cleaning, or preparation.

5. Pricing and Offers

All prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, discounts, delivery charges, service charges, and minimum order values may change from time to time without prior notice.

Offers, coupons, loyalty rewards, combo offers, and promotional discounts may be subject to specific conditions, including validity period, stock availability, usage limits, minimum order value, product limits, branch availability, or customer eligibility.

Mohideen Supermarket Online reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel incorrect offers, or reject orders affected by technical or pricing mistakes.

6. Orders

Placing an order through the app or website is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is confirmed only after it is accepted by Mohideen Supermarket Online.

We may contact you for order clarification, replacement approval, delivery confirmation, or payment-related information.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders in cases including, but not limited to:

● Product unavailability.

● Incorrect pricing.

● Delivery area not serviceable.

● Payment failure.

● Suspected fraud or misuse.

● Incorrect customer information.

● Operational or technical issues.

7. Payment

Payment options may include online payment, card payment, cash on delivery, wallet, or any other payment method made available in the app or website.

You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including product prices, delivery charges, service charges, taxes if applicable, and any other applicable fees.

For weighed fresh products, the final amount may be adjusted based on actual weight and confirmed billing.

8. Delivery and Click & Collect

Delivery and Click & Collect services are available only in selected service areas and subject to operational availability.

Delivery times shown in the app or website are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, product availability, order volume, customer availability, building access, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For Click & Collect orders, customers must collect the order from the selected store or collection point within the communicated time window. Uncollected orders may be cancelled or handled according to store policy.

9. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before the order is accepted, prepared, packed, dispatched, or completed. Once fresh, customized, cut, cleaned, packed, or perishable products are prepared, cancellation may not be possible.

Mohideen Supermarket Online may cancel an order due to unavailability, incorrect information, service area restrictions, payment issues, or operational limitations.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the nature of grocery and fresh food products, returns may be limited.

Returns, refunds, or replacements may be considered only in cases such as:

● Wrong product delivered.

● Damaged product received.

● Expired product received.

● Missing item.

● Quality issue reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

Fresh, chilled, frozen, perishable, opened, used, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless there is a valid quality issue.

Customers must report any issue as soon as possible after delivery with clear details and photos where required. Refunds may be processed to the original payment method, store credit, wallet, or any method decided by Mohideen Supermarket Online.

11. Loyalty, Rewards, and Promotions

If loyalty rewards, bonus cards, points, coupons, or promotional benefits are offered, they are subject to separate rules and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Rewards and promotional benefits are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated.

12. Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the app, website, offers, coupons, loyalty system, delivery process, or any Mohideen Supermarket service.

You must not:

● Provide false information.

● Place fake or fraudulent orders.

● Abuse discounts, coupons, or rewards.

● Interfere with the app or website security.

● Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

● Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes.

13. App and Website Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to our website and mobile app, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The app or website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, design, images, app screens, text, graphics, software, and materials related to Mohideen Supermarket Online are owned by or licensed to Mohideen Supermarket LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mohideen Supermarket Online shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, opportunity, or business.

Our liability, where legally applicable, shall be limited to the value of the order related to the claim.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or app. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the UAE.
