Delivery is available only in selected service areas. Available areas may be shown in the app or website during checkout.
Service availability may depend on:

If your area is not currently serviceable, you may not be able to place a delivery order, or you may be asked to choose another available area.

We try our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.
3. Minimum Order Value and Delivery Charges
Minimum order value, delivery charges, service charges, or free delivery conditions may vary by area, order value, offer, or operational policy.
The final delivery charge and applicable fees will be shown before order confirmation.
Once your order is accepted, our store team will prepare and pack your items carefully.
For fresh items such as fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, bakery, and weighed products, the final quantity or price may vary slightly depending on actual weight and availability.
5. Product Availability and Replacements
If an ordered item is unavailable, we may:

6. Fresh, Chilled, and Frozen Items
We take care to pack fresh, chilled, and frozen items appropriately. Customers are requested to receive orders on time to maintain product quality.
Once delivered, customers should store chilled and frozen items immediately as per product requirements.
7. Delivery Address and Contact Details
Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including:

● Complete address.
● Building/villa number.
● Apartment number if applicable.
● Area/community.
● Delivery instructions if required.
Mohideen Supermarket Online will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address, unreachable phone number, restricted access, or customer unavailability.
If our delivery team is unable to reach you, access your location, or complete delivery due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, the order may be delayed, returned, rescheduled, or cancelled.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable.
Where available, customers may choose Click & Collect and collect their order from the selected store or collection point.
Customers should collect the order within the communicated time window. Please carry your order details, registered mobile number, or confirmation message when collecting.
Fresh, chilled, frozen, or prepared items must be collected on time to maintain quality.
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. If there is any missing, damaged, wrong, expired, or quality-related issue, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where applicable.
